Carved by the ice ages with rolling hills, forested bluffs, dramatic ravines and the Ohio River Valley, southeastern Indiana is one of the most biologically diverse and geologically interesting areas of the state. You will be able to assess the environmental quality of our local creeks and streams, investigate climate using tree ring analysis, learn to identify our local flora and fauna, and have a great experience doing it in our state-of-the-art laboratories.
